Cross Stitch Workshop

Have you ever wanted to try cross-stitch but didn’t know where to start? Well now you can. You will learn how to start from sorting the threads to finding the centre, how to keep the stitches tidy and how to keep the back as neat as the front (well almost!). Suitable for beginners to the more experienced and those who just need a little help, bring your own work or purchase on the day.

This will start as a one off lesson but depending on interest, could develop into a more regular get together.

Refreshments are provided. There will be a break for lunch and we suggest you either bring your own lunch or sample our coffee shop! (This is not included in the class fee.)

Further dates for 2008 now confirmed: 17 May, 14 June, 26 July, 23 August, 27 September, 25 October, 29 November & 13 December. A nominal fee to be charged, refreshments included.

Future Workshops

The newly refurbished Janes, provides an excellent venue in Fishguard for craft workshops. We plan to offer a wide range of craft based workshops, which should be introduced throughout 2008.

We welcome suggestions on workshops to be offered, but envisage that this will include activities such as:

Needlework
Quilting
Card making
Jewellery making
